Stuck, found a bug, or have an idea? Email us with your iPhone model and iOS version and, if you can, a screenshot. Your data lives only on your device, so if something looks wrong, please don't delete the app before writing to us: we'd lose the chance to help you recover it. Reminders can be turned off in the app or in iPhone Settings, and "Start over from scratch" (in Settings) resets your goals and history.

Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. Progress and battle records are saved only on your device, so deleting the app deletes them. If you bought the ad-free upgrade and ads are still showing, use Restore Purchases in the app first; if that doesn't fix it, write to us with the email on your Apple account so we can look into it.
We usually reply within two business days. If your question is about a purchase or refund, Apple handles those directly through your App Store account.
